Sacred Heart Church is thrilled to announce that we are now offering Religious Education classes for children! The classes are a wonderful opportunity for kids to learn about the Faith and have fun in a welcoming environment. They are held every Sunday morning, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM right before the church service begins.
Children ranging in age from kindergarten to 12th Grade are all invited to be part of this enriching experience. The classes aim to teach them about living a Christian life in the Catholic Faith and share invaluable lessons based on the teachings of Jesus. There are so many great habits that you want your child to pick up, and Sunday school is a wonderful place for them to practice and reinforce these habits. From learning to listen and share to showing respect and good social skills, there are plenty of chances for your child to start forming positive habits at a young age. Your child can continue to improve on these and other good habits while having fun at Sunday school.
The classes include age-appropriate lessons from the Bible, games, craft projects and community service opportunities. The classes also help kids build strong friendships and a positive set of values in a fun Christian Youth Group setting.
There is no cost to attend, and it is open to anyone in the community, regardless of your faith background. The K-4th grade students are taught by Faith Standley and 5-12th grade students are taught by Alena Standley. If you're interested in having your child attend our religious ed program, please reach out to Alena at (406)799-9955. Your child's spiritual growth and education are important to us, and we look forward to having them join us for a fantastic learning journey! A special thank you to the Sacred Heart Women’s Group who provide healthy snacks to keep their energy up!
