Congratulations to Cascade High School senior Nordika Göetze, who was recently featured in a KRTV report for winning the Cascade County Deputy Sheriff Association's license plate design competition. Her design, inspired by Montana's natural beauty, will become a statewide license plate option in 2025, pending state approval.
Art teacher Christa Hardy expressed her pride in Nordika and her fellow students:
"Super proud of Nordika-she is one talented artist with a bright future! We also had three others make the top 10 out of 80 entries: Audrey Rumney, Sophia Mortag, and Carsyn Otheim. These are some of my favorite student artists, and it's hard to say goodbye as they're all seniors. They're great artists and even better humans. I can't wait to see what their future holds!"
Proceeds from the sales of these plates will benefit the Cascade County community and the Cascade Charity Fund.
Nordika is the daughter of Stefan and Janina Göetze
