Cascade Football Players Receive 2024 HSFB Class C Football Awards

The 2024 HSFB season has come to a close with the announcement of the Class C Football Awards. The Badgers, finishing their season at 5-3, earned a lot of hard-earned respect during the conference committee meeting. In total, the Badgers earned 8 awards and sent two players, Hal McGregor and Ian McKamey, to the Montana Treasure State, Class C All-Star game to represent our community and school. Congratulations to all the players from this year's team and to the five athletes recognized by the tough Northern C football conference. Well deserved and great job!

Ian McKamey – 2nd Team All-Conference Quarterback & Honorable Mention Defensive End & All-State Honors & 8-Man All-Star Game selection.

Hal McGregor – 2nd Team All-Conference Offensive Guard & 2nd Team All-Conference Defensive Nose Tackle & All-State Class C Honors Runner-up & 8-Man All-Star Game selection.

Sterling Byrnes – Honorable Mention Linebacker & Alternate, 8-Man All-Star Game selection.

Peyton Hauk – 2nd Team All-Conference Safety.

Kameron Kakalecik – Honorable Mention Tight End.
