On Saturday the 15th, the Chestnut Valley 4H Club adjourned. When everyone was there we talked about how much money we made at the Cinco de Mayo dance. We ended up with a little over $700. We finished with our after-action review moving into state fair business. We discussed how many people and who would be doing the shifts for the State Fair ice cream booth. We then talked about doing a petting zoo for the younger kids. We talked about a pool fundraiser for Cascade. We had no Treasurer's report because our treasurer Lane McKamey was out. We spoke of having a State Fair booth. In our State Fair booth, we can hang up projects, pictures, and everything that we did related to 4-H. This is a great way to show what we do in our club. Once we were done with our meeting we went to do our annual road pick-up. Everyone in our club participated and had a great time working together.
