    First a little background. The Order of the Eastern Star has Service Dogs as a worldwide project. Each jurisdiction is encouraged to fund raise for an organization in their area or State. Cascade Chapter #101 chose Dog Tag Buddies because one of our members is a recipient of theirs. Hercules has been with Kevin for about a year and has been a great help to him.
