    "W-R-E-S-T-L-E" was the winning word in the Cascade School Spelling Bee that was held Tuesday, February 7th. Eighth grader Trent Lane spelled this final word in Round 14, out spelling 18 other contestants.     Current decals expire February 28 HELENA – Owners of motorboats, sailboats or personal watercraft need to get new, free 2023-2026 validation decals for their watercraft soon. The current red decals expire Feb. 28.
