  • Cascade Band Students Chosen for North Central Honor Band

    Congratulations to four of our Cascade musicians on their selection to the North Central Honor Band! The students attending this event are band members Ian McKamey, Isaac Snyder, Mady Faldzinski, and Cody Park. These students will be part of a much larger band, joining musicians from several schools who were also chosen by audition. They will travel to Shelby on December 2 and 3 for the event.     The Elementary Music Department (grades K-5, including 5th grade band) will present its annual Christmas Concert and Program on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 7:00 PM in the north gym. This year’s theme is “Snow,” and the event will be followed by the annual pie social in the school cafeteria. The pie social is the Elementary Music Program’s only fundraiser for the year.     Honor Roll students in grades 4-12 were treated to ice cream sundaes (for grades 6-12) and root beer floats (for grades 4 and 5) last Thursday. The Cascade PTSA celebrated the first quarter honor roll by serving ice cream after the students' lunches. These students earned their places on either the "A" honor roll or the "B" honor roll. "A" honor roll students earned all A's for their hard work in the first quarter, while those on the "B" honor roll achieved a grade point average of 3.5 to 4.0....

    District Music Festival was held last Thursday and Friday, April 11 and 12 in Great Falls. The musicians from Cascade High School did an awesome job representing our school!
